Farida Wardani
Psychologist
Farida has an Egyptian-German background and has obtained her psychology bachelor's at the University of Amsterdam and her clinical child, family and education master's at Utrecht University. Farida enjoys working with children and families from international backgrounds and is interested in topics such as integration and cross-cultural development as she has already lived in five countries.​
She has experience with the international baccalaureate program and working with children on their sociol-emotional development including self-esteem, sleep patterns and relationship management. Farida offers counselling and assessments to children and adolescents. She utilizes a holistic approach and includes the child’s protective factors in her work process.​
In her free time, Farida likes to play sports, read books and socialize. She loves horses and nature and tries to be outside as much as possible where she likes to take pictures of scenery. Farida talks to her family in Egypt often and reminisces about the warmth there.

Farida speaks fluent English, German and Arabic and is currently working on her emerging Spanish skills.
