Kim Moliterno
Occupational Therapist
Kim is from the United States and moved to the Netherlands in 2023 with her family. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 1996 and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009 as a Registered Nurse. She has worked in the field of Occupational Therapy for over twenty years and specialized in pediatrics (early intervention). Kim believes that the early years are a special and important time for helping families promote the growth and development of their child. She enjoys supporting, educating and working with parents as a team.
Kim has extensive experience and training in the areas of sensory integration, oral motor therapy and positioning and handling. She has worked with a variety of issues and concerns such as Autism, sensory processing challenges, developmental delay, and prematurity. She worked as Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse from 2009 to 2011 and learned more about prematurity and the impact on development. She presented at the Massachusetts Early Intervention Conference in 2018 on Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome “One Early Intervention Program’s Response to the Opioid Epidemic”.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys going on walks with her dog, traveling and relaxing on the terrace on sunny days.
