Lisa Hochfellner
Occupational Therapist
Lisa is Austrian and lives in The Hague since 2020. With Child Development she visits various international schools in The Hague and offers services in English, German and Spanish. Furthermore, she also speaks basic Dutch and Italian.
In 2010 Lisa finished her education as an Occupational Therapist in Austria and has since then been working with children and youth in different settings and countries (Austria, Nicaragua, El Salvador, The Netherlands). To be able to offer support in a systemic and culturally sensitive way she completed a Master in Intercultural Social Work (2017).
She embraces a playful therapy approach so that children enjoy the sessions and progress in their development without being forced. Therefore, the participation, ideas and goals of the children and their families are central in her therapy process.
Next to working with children she is passionate about inclusion, social justice and diversity. She loves to cycle in the dunes of The Hague, to play guitar and to travel.
